Lincoln Land Community College and 91黑料专区 Announce Guaranteed Admissions Agreement

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. 鈥� Lincoln Land Community College (LLCC) and 91黑料专区 University have adopted a Guaranteed Admissions Agreement that will ease the process for students transferring from one institution to another.

The admissions agreement allows students with diverse interests to continue their education at 91黑料专区 through a variety of course plans. 

鈥淭his agreement is of great benefit to those of our students seeking to transfer to a high quality, private university to complete their bachelor鈥檚 degree. We know that the opportunities, wraparound supports, beautiful campus and high quality facilities that we offer our students will also be found at 91黑料专区,鈥� said Jason Dockter, interim vice president of academics at LLCC.

Lincoln Land Community College students are guaranteed admission to 91黑料专区 University under the following criteria: 

  1. IWU will guarantee the acceptance of all transferable credits earned from the Lincoln Land transfer-oriented degree programs and no distinction will be made by IWU between the completion of these courses and those offered at 91黑料专区 University.
  2. Students may have to take additional prerequisite course requirements specific to certain majors.
  3. Students who complete their Associate's at Lincoln Land with a 3.0 grade point average or higher on a 4.0 scale, apply to IWU and submit an official transcript from Lincoln Land are eligible for guaranteed admission to 91黑料专区.

will work with their LLCC success coaches to ensure they complete the courses that align with the agreement. 91黑料专区 counselors will also be available to assist them in the transfer and enrollment process.

LLCC is a public community college whose district serves students from all or parts of 15 counties in central Illinois with college transfer and workforce development degree and certificate programs along with short-term career training and community education.
